Architecture for the Residential and Commercial World
I like and am fascinated by designing with care to create spaces and places to live in that have connections with the context. I have a deep hatred for things out of context and flat; there must be perfect harmony and no boring repetitions or flat colors. The material must be felt, the user must perceive with all senses, touch a surface, smell it, having a contrast of colors makes us feel alive.
For the residential world
INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT: from the selection of materials combined with taste and according to the client's needs, a harmonious and functional project of the interior spaces will be created in order to optimize the available spaces without losing a single centimeter and to have a chromatic and material harmony that will allow you to live your home with elegance.
AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURES: submission of authorization procedures for the start of work at the building office of your reference municipality, which will allow you to comply with all the necessary requirements. (SCIA, CILA, BUILDING PERMIT)
WORK SUPERVISION: Proper work supervision will allow your property to be completed within the agreed times and with higher execution quality. You will only need to agree with me on some choices and make some joint visits to check the progress. Relax, I'll take care of everything.
CADASTRE AND SURVEYS: My team is at your service also for topographic surveys for land boundaries, disputes regarding distances, and general cadastral changes (docfa, pregeo, map type, crop changes, sizing, drone surveys)
3D AND VIRTUAL REALITY: you will be able to see your environments in virtual reality for an immersive experience of your new project.
For the commercial world
STUDIO FORMAT WITH QUALIFIED CONSULTANTS: from zero to company, the innovative format that will allow you to rely on the best experts in the field for facilitated finance, marketing, legal, real estate, and design areas.
BRAND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT: the right identity will allow your brand to take off and be established in the reference sector. My team of marketing experts will enable you to do so.
